How does the solution work?
The solution is simple. Press the “print” button in the application. Then a print menu appears, like this:
From here, fill in the necessary metadata, then click the desired destination (e.g. e-Boks or SharePoint). The document is then delivered, completely automatically, with Lasernet. It is also possible to attach attachments, archive important emails and drag and drop documents directly from a folder or the desktop.
Lasernet Meta is an add-on module (add-on license) for Lasernet, and thus uses Lasernet’s existing infrastructure. That means that the setup takes place in the familiar Lasernet Developer interface, which most Lasernet customers already have a license for.
The setup is done as follows:
One or more buttons may freely be added to the print menu.
If you already have Lasernet’s Input Management solution, it can also be automated with OCR technology to auto-complete meta data fields. This saves additional entries and time.
