Meet Ana Marques, our new consultant in Lisbon

Ana Marques comes with a broad experience within the IT field as former software consultant, Senior ERP Consultant and Customer Success Team Coordinator at ERP partners and IT/ERP software houses.

In Ana’s previous jobs, she’s been involved in many projects, where she’s had the opportunity to act in the several phases of the project implementation, involved most notably functional analysis, identifying scope, designing the solution, time estimation, implementation, go live and follow up. She’s also worked with customer IT maintenance and management activities, software and training preparation, manual development and delivery.

Eats ERP for breakfast

“I’ve been working with ERP since 2004. Therefore, I’ve gained wide experience working with different ERPs and different modules and I’ve also worked with ERP in many business areas including distribution, accounting, services, pharmaceutical, information technologies, financial companies etc", Ana says.

A Customer’s Mind

“I’ve been working a lot with dealing with customers’ requirements and expectations. I’ve also great experience with creating reports, views, lists and outputs, so I have the mentality to put myself in the customers place according to what they wish and need – and then accomplish that for them. Therefore, I feel comfortable in my new role here at Tabellae, where I have the responsibility for identifying customer reality and their real needs and achieving their vision and making sure it’s accomplished”.

 “I also try to put myself in the customer’s own shoes to understand their points of view, and always listening to the customers no matter what they have to say. I like to work with customers as a team, a united front who needs to work together to achieve the goal. In my work, I like the challenge of learning and finding new things, constantly improve my skills and work with committed people”, Ana continues.

“As a person, I’m very curious. I love to learn new stuff and to teach about them, because teaching is another way of learning. So, what motivates me? Well, the unknown: Discovering new things, new ways of doing things and knowing new people”.

What was your first impression of Lasernet?

"Of course, working with a completely new tool will be a challenge I thought, but I’m excited to dig deeper into Lasernet and its endless opportunities. The question here is: What can’t Lasernet do? The tool is enormous, with so many options, permitting so many possibilities to work with, that it looks limitless. I think Lasernet is an exciting software and since documents are the company's image and Lasernet has so many possibilities, undoubtedly, we can have a design layout that totally reflects the customer's image. On the other hand, the outputs of the workflows/documents will not be a concern anymore and the customer can focus on growing its business", Ana says.
