Corona contingency plan: Tabellae is prepared
"Tabellae is ready with a contingency plan to maintain customer operations if the coronavirus situation gets worse," says Stefan Reina, COO of Tabellae A / S, which has branches in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, USA and Portugal.
So far, Tabellae's Customer Service, which includes projects, SLA, support and maintenance, is unaffected by the outbreak of the coronavirus, but Tabellae is ready if that should happen.
"The virus outbreak has so far not affected Tabellae's daily operational support, but Tabellae has contingency plan that can take effect if the situation gets worse", states Stefan Reina in an email. It also states that the company today has many locations in several countries, and that some of the employees already work from home, so that the risk of all supporters getting sick at the same time is very small.
“We also support our Nordic customers through our branches in the US and Portugal. Overall, this gives a low risk and opportunity to extend SLA to several time zones", says Stefan Reina, who concludes: "However, if the outbreak continues, it may be necessary to postpone development tasks to ensure our SLA obligations and customer safety".
