Invoice formats - OIO invoice

Within invoice templates Lasernet can support many formats, including: OIO invoices and Peppol invoices.

OIO invoice, also known under the standard OIOUBL invoice format, replaces the old OIOXML invoice format to electronic invoicing. OIOUBL is used for electronic billing.

OIO invoice is an electronic bill, that includes four OIOUBL documents regarding invoicing:

Credit Note
Notice reminder
Business receipt

The advantages of using OIO invoice is the standardization of business documents to different usage. OIOUBL is a subset of the international standard UBL 2.0, which is why the OIOUBL format supports most business needs across national borders. Using OIOUBL, companies can build fully automated purchasing flows, where electronic documents are automatically validated, saving employee resources on manual processing of business documents. With the OIOUBL format, companies can automate even more documents from the ERP system.

Invoice formats - Peppol invoice

Does your company have customers, suppliers, or cooperation partners across national borders? Then use Lasernet to send Peppol invoices. Peppol is another invoice format, that supports:

Peppol BIS (Invoice and Credit Note)
Peppol EHF

With Lasernet, sending and receiving invoices through Peppol and the integration to the Danish EasyTrade and the Norwegian EHF-format is possible. Peppol is like OIO based on the international standard UBL. Peppol format gives opportunity to send and receive electronic invoices, credit notes and orders to international to foreign trading partners that comply with all legal requirements.

The advantages with electronic invoicing via Peppol is effective invoicing process, in which companies increase effectivity and reduce time and expenses on handling invoices to foreign trading partners.

Peppol is used mostly for electronic invoicing to public customers in Europe, but many private companies are already using Peppol format to receive supplier invoices.
