Top text, logo, footer and similar elements in a business document now only needs to be changed in one place. 

If you have 10 countries, you normally also have 10 different footers - but not with Subforms. Instead of having to create templates with built-in logic for each country, you re-use it across documents and only have 1 standard template. Just like building blocks, you easily pull the relevant elements in when needed. That is done easily into Forms via drag and drop.
