Synchronisation of data
Don’t waste time making changes to both the ERP system and your website. With LaserNet, you can make changes that are visible everywhere. When you change the data in the ERP system, it is automatically updated on the website — That way, your data is always in sync.
Synchronised data between AX and web
For PNO, the biggest rental provider and seller of transport trailers in the Nordics, the business case is very clear — They can now make changes in 5 minutes, rather than spend 4-5 working hours making the changes.
For PNO, Trailer Check is one of the most time-saving initiatives. PNO can change data in AX and it is then reflected on the website. This way, customers can immediately see images of any damage, trailer availability, etc. "It's become a sleek and useful document," says Robert Vestergaard, Group Project Manager at PNO. "Traceability is also something we are pleased about — e.g. when following up on debtor payments. We can see who sent an invoice, when and to whom. You cannot do that properly in AX."

Synchronising data can create payslips
Lasernet is a hybrid integration solution that can exchange files/data — both internally and externally — across systems. For example, you can create paychecks using Lasernet, like international transport company Kim Johansen Transport Group (KJTG) have done. KJTG extracted data from the payroll system and placed it in a spreadsheet, then used LaserNet to create payslips in PDF format for each country and each driver. Payslips were then posted on KJTG's driver portal, so drivers could see them online.
Carsten Eickhardt, IT manager for KJTG, is therefore very pleased to have started using Lasernet for these tasks: "It is a flexible and versatile tool that, in my opinion, is relevant every time a document needs to be converted from one format to another and distributed digitally."
